Before Thursday 2009 Nov 19, you will receive an email via Survey Monkey to a student survey (H005-002A) about the progress of the course.  Your response to this survey is anonymous but required.  I will be able to check who has responded but will not see your actual responses.  This survey is to be completed no later than Monday, 2009 November 30.  Completion of the survey is a ten-point assignment.  It will not be possible to respond after that date and you will receive no credit.  (You may not use a Get Out of Jail Free card.)

If you do not receive the notification email by Monday 2009 Nov 23, you must email me at the Hun School address and inform me.  I will rectify the situation and/or make other arrangements.
